Welcome to a relaxed creative space for papercraft workshops.

This creative space is located in a home-based studio in Bracken Ridge, North Brisbane and welcomes small groups of up to eight (8) crafters
for inspiring card-making and papercraft workshops. Guided by an experienced artist/creativist, participants enjoy a calm, friendly space to learn techniques,
share ideas, and craft beautiful handmade projects while connecting with others in a supportive, creative environment.

This hidden gem offers makers a unique and intimate space to connect with like-minded crafters, explore their creativity, and develop new skills that enhance their paper crafting journey. Proudly independent and not affiliated with any direct-sales company, the studio focuses exclusively on creativity, community, and the joy of handmade craft. What tools will you need?

Most workshops require crafters to bring their own basic tools. These usually include a 12″ trimmer and bone folder, scissors (general and fine-point), adhesives (including liquid glue with fine applicator tip, double-sided tape, 3D foam mount, Glossy Accents also frequently used), pencil, ruler, eraser, notebook, black gel pen, white gel pen. Also handy to include are water-based markers and a water-brush. Additional specialty items required will always be listed when emailing workshop information to you. Beginners (those who have never paper crafted before) may share in-house tools on their first visit.

What’s on offer?

All workshop information is sent directly by email, ensuring communication is personal and up-to-date. This also provides a direct point of contact for any questions before booking. If you’re interested in attending, please get in touch with your email address. You will then receive full details for the current month, including dates, availability, cost, what to bring and what to expect. Booking are confirmed via return email or text from us. Crafty spots are limited, and as such, your place must be confirmed before attending. Please note that no beverages are provided, and food or open drink containers are not permitted in the studio. If you must bring your own drink, ensure it has a secure screw-cap lid to prevent spills.

Masterboard Monday

Held on the first Monday of each month, this creative workshop focuses on designing vibrant masterboards—layered backgrounds made with mixed media techniques like stamping, paint, inks, stencils, and collage. Participants experiment with colour, pattern, and texture to build rich backgrounds that can later be cut up and used for cards, journals, tags, and other paper crafts. No finished cards are made during the session; instead, you’ll leave with a collection of unique backgrounds ready for future projects. It’s a relaxed, exploratory workshop that celebrates creativity and mixed media experimentation. From $15.00 per crafter.

Workshop Wednesday

Join our monthly session held two days after the Masterboard class, where you’ll use your masterboards to create unique handmade cards from your own patterned paper. Explore creative paper crafting techniques using die-cutting, embossed texture, layers, colour, and decorative elements, with step-by-step guidance, helpful tips, and practical skills throughout the session. Most extra materials are provided, and you’ll leave with beautiful personalised cards and the confidence to continue creating at home. From $10.00 per crafter (BYO Monday Masterboards) or $25.00 (with in-house masterboard provided).

Thrifty Thursday​

Join our monthly thrifty, budget-friendly workshop designed especially for beginners, inspiring creativity while keeping costs low. These relaxed and welcoming 2-card sessions focus on making the most of simple tools while also showcasing some of the latest crafting tools and ideas. Held just one day after our monthly Workshop Wednesdays. You’ll be encouraged to think creatively and resourcefully as you explore a variety of fun, practical paper crafting techniques in a supportive and friendly environment. $10.00 per crafter.

Scoreboard Saturdays​

Join our monthly papercraft workshop, held on the Saturday after Workshop Wednesdays and discover how to use a score board to create professional-looking 3D paper projects. In a safe and welcoming environment, you’ll explore creative techniques, learn new skills, and gain confidence in your crafting. Mistakes are embraced as an important part of the creative process, encouraging experimentation and playful discovery. Every fold, cut, and idea becomes an opportunity to learn, grow, and transform simple materials into something truly unique—turning each experiment into a potential masterpiece.

Bonny Bloom Boxes​

Discover a bespoke all-paper floral box, lovingly handcrafted by the artist in a serene, pet-free studio. Each delicate petal and intricate bloom is carefully coloured, shaped, and assembled by hand, transforming simple paper into a charming, everlasting bouquet. Thoughtfully designed and beautifully presented, these paper florals radiate elegance, whimsy, and timeless beauty. Perfect as a meaningful keepsake, a distinctive home décor piece, or a heartfelt gift for someone special. Custom orders are warmly welcomed, allowing you to consult with the artist before ordering a piece tailored to your colours, style, or occasion.

Notebooks & Bottles​

These mixed media creations feature striking 3D resin elements and a bold, grungy, gender-neutral aesthetic. Rich layers of texture are built using rust effects, distressed details, and burnished faux-metal finishes, creating the look of aged industrial surfaces.
The combination of rugged, industrial charm and expressive artistic techniques adds depth and dimension, resulting in a visually captivating piece with a raw, edgy character. Each work is carefully crafted to stand out as a unique statement piece, full of personality, texture, and visual intrigue.
